Terms & Conditions of Sale & Supply
At Hylands Nursery we like to keep things as simple as possible, therefore we do not like the idea of having a long list of Terms & Conditions, but, needless to say, there needs to be some guidelines for us all to work by, hence the need for the following:
1. All the prices listed on our site, unless otherwise stated are for collection from our Nursery in Oulart.
2. All prices quoted for Nursery Stock on our site are inclusive of Irish Revenue V.A.T. which is currently 13.5%. Please note this rate may be changed by the Irish Revenue Comissioners from time to time and we will do our utmost to ensure these rate changes are notified on our site as well.
3. We are always happy to provide a Quotation for packaging and delivery throughout Ireland and to the UK. Orders and Quotation requests can be made directly to John Joe by phone: 087-2773492 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
4. We currently accept the following methods of Payment:
b) Cheque. Please allow 5 working days from receipt of checks for orders to be processed and shipped.
c) Bank or Online Transfer. Orders will be shipped immediately on receipt of full payment, or as per your delivery requirements. Please contact John Joe on: 087-2773492 or email@example.com for transfer details.
d) Credit & Debit Cards. Through PayPal's Email Payment Service. Please note we are obliged to apply a 4% handling charge to all orders processed through PayPal's Email Payment Service.
The procedure for using PayPal's Email Payment Service is as follows:
Phone in or Email your order / quotation request to: 087-2773492 or firstname.lastname@example.org with "PayPal Payment" in the Subject Line.
We will review your request, discuss as necessary and agree payment with you.
We will then provide you with a PayPal Payment Request Email which enables you to process your payment to us.
Your order will be shipped immediately on receipt of full payment to our PayPal Account, or as per your delivery requirements.
You will need a valid Email Address to use our PayPal service.
All goods remain the property of Hylands Nursery until payments have been received in full.
Please Note: We only supply Quality plant stock to ensure the best survival rates possible for our customers, but please be aware once you have purchased plants they will need care an attention and will have to be planted correctly to ensure their continued survival and success. While we are always happy to provide you with advice on planting and caring for your plants, we cannot offer any guarantees or refunds on stock purchased from the Nursery.
